1. Identity and address of the data controller

Christian Emmanuel Corza Camacho ("Lucky Whiskers"), with address at Calzada de los Pirules #130 Int. 27, Col. Ciudad Granja, C.P. 45010, Zapopan, Jalisco, México, is responsible for processing your personal data under Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties and other applicable regulations.

2. Personal data we collect

We only collect the data you give us directly through the contact form or by email:

• Name.
• Email address.
• Company (optional).
• Service of interest and the content of your message.
• Date and time of the call, if you book it from the site.
• The messages you write to the site assistant, if you use it.

Additionally, if you accept, we automatically collect browsing data through cookies (see section 7). We do not collect sensitive personal data.

3. Purposes of processing

Primary purposes, needed to handle your request:

• Replying to your messages and information requests.
• Preparing and sending you proposals or service quotes.
• Following up on any business relationship that may result.

Secondary purposes, not needed to handle your request: measuring and improving the site through web analytics, and occasionally sending you information about our services.

4. How to refuse the secondary purposes

You can refuse web analytics from the cookie banner or at any time through the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer. To stop receiving information about our services, write to chriscorza@luckywhiskers.app. Refusing will not prevent us from handling your request.

5. Transfers and processors

We do not sell or share your personal data. To run the site we rely on providers that process data on our behalf (processors) under confidentiality obligations:

• Resend, Inc. (United States): delivering contact form messages to our inbox.
• Google LLC (United States): web analytics through Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, only if you accept analytics cookies.
• Calendly LLC (United States): call scheduling, only if you book a call from the site.
• WhatsApp LLC / Meta Platforms (United States): messaging, only if you message us on WhatsApp.
• OpenAI, L.L.C. (United States): processing conversations with the site assistant, only if you use it. We don't store conversations; if you ask us to contact you, we receive your details and a summary by email.
• Our hosting provider, to serve the site.

Sharing data with processors does not require your consent. We would only make other transfers when required by law or by a competent authority.

6. ARCO rights and withdrawal of consent

You have the right to Access your data, Rectify it, Cancel it or Oppose its processing (ARCO rights), as well as to withdraw your consent or limit the use of your data.

To exercise them, email chriscorza@luckywhiskers.app with: your name and a way to contact you; a copy of your official ID (or your representative's, plus proof of representation); a clear description of the right you want to exercise and the data involved; and, for rectification, the requested correction.

We will reply within 20 business days at most and, if applicable, carry out your request within the following 15 business days.

7. Cookies and tracking technologies

We use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to understand how the site is used (pages visited, browsing time, device type, approximate location and traffic source). These tools only store cookies if you accept them in the banner; until then, only cookieless signals that do not identify you are sent.

You can change your choice anytime from "Cookie preferences" in the footer, or delete cookies from your browser settings.

8. Retention and security

We keep your data only for as long as needed for the purposes described and applicable legal obligations. We apply reasonable administrative, technical and physical measures to protect it against damage, loss, alteration or unauthorized access.

9. Changes to this notice

We may update this notice due to legal changes, changes in our services or in our privacy practices. We will publish any change on this page, showing the date of the last update.
